Time Doctor Pricing
TimeDoctor.com offers monthly and annual billing options. Customers who pay annually receive two months free, a 16.6% discount on the monthly price. Monthly and annual payments are charged at the end of the trial period. Payments from major credit card providers including, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
To upgrade the Time Doctor plan, it can be done easily within the web application, under the Billing page by editing the ‘Plan’ under the Billing Details. There are 3 subscription plans to select from on the same page.
The billing system automatically computes for a prorated amount when adding or deleting a user after the payment was made. Adding user (s) will generate charges that will reflect on the next billing statement. Deleting users will not generate credits and there are no refunds for users removed mid billing cycle.
Certain US states and international countries are subject to a required sales or consumption tax. If your subscription includes sales tax, VAT, GST, or comparable consumption taxes, you will see the amount applied on the checkout page when making a purchase.

Time Doctor Return Policy?
Time Doctor offers a 14-days full trial without any limitations. During this time, customers can implement, evaluate and find value in the product. Unfortunately, the refund policy does not extend beyond the trial period. Post the conclusion of the trial period, refunds are not issued unless there are special circumstances including service interruptions and/or a previously requested account cancellation was not deactivated.
Refunds or credits for removed users after the billing cycle are not within the policy. It is suggested to adjust the number of users before the next billing cycle. However, customers retain the flexibility to introduce new users as replacements during the same billing cycle, with no additional expansion fees incurred. This option depends on the condition that the number of newly added users equals the count of users removed within the corresponding billing cycle.
For instance, if an account starts the billing cycle with 50 users, removes 5, and subsequently adds 6 within the same cycle, the additional charge will only apply for 1 user. This approach enables smooth adjustments to user numbers to meet operational needs.
If a new user is added during an annual subscription, charges will be on a prorated basis for that user. Refunds are not offered on the annual subscription. If users need to be deleted from an account, the deleted user can be replaced with a new user without paying anything extra.

How To Open A Time Doctor Account?

- Administrator sends an invitation to create a Time Doctor account.
